AARON BWAMBALE
FINANCE OFFICER
Aaron is an Ugandan social entrepreneur and financial practitioner with over 10 years working experience. He completed his Bachelor Degree of Economics and Statistics at Kyambogo University and has a certificate in finance, currently pursuing CPA (U). His past work focuses on grass root communities in areas of economic empowerment, enabling underserved person with vocational skills for self-reliance, and young people capacity in financial literacy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop project budgets and financial plans, ensuring project expenses align with budgets.
- Prepare project financial reports and ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.
- Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on the financial aspects of projects within the organization.
- Develop the appraisal and analysis of the necessary financial aspects of proposals and reports for back-donors.
- Check and appraise the financial aspects of specific projects on internal and external risks and opportunities; communicates on the findings with the program officer and counterparts and makes proposal on the (method of) financing.
